Record holder? Insanity proven.

AM I A RECORD HOLDER?

In my lifetime there is only one ground where league football has been played and on which Sunderland has played where I have not seen the club play in a competitive match against that side in either the League, FA Cup or League Cup. That was Northampton Town on 2 January 20121 when due to COVID no fans were allowed.

I also saw (in a loose sense as it was a very foggy night!) Sunderland play at Odsal in the Full Members Cup in 1986.
